Parametric Technology provides high ended computer design engineering solutions.  It was Business Controls first ever customer in 1990 and remains one it’s biggest.

They outsource their complete payroll function to us, requiring a very complicated and diverse solution.  We deal with 58 different pay types that covers over 200 people in 6 offices within the UK.  The payroll exceeds £1m net monthly (do not use this if the clients name is quoted).  We have a 2 day turn around on this payroll.  Our flexible and very focused service level has not been able to be remotely matched by any other payroll provider including ADP.

We also operate their entire Employee Expense Payable Ledger, receiving on-line expense claims, validating for company policy and for VAT and then approving on-line, for payment which is completed in Germany.
