NFS is a leading supplier of IT Financing and Leasing to mid tier US companies.  It recently has expanded into the UK market to service it’s US customers who have bases in the UK.

In 2011, Business Control helped form the UK legal entity and managed the VAT import issues around a very urgent shipment of equipment into the UK.  Whilst the equipment was being shipped across the Atlantic we were able to register NFS UK for transitional VAT so that when the shipment landed it was able to be cleared through Customs without delay.  As a result of this NFS were able to recover £70k in VAT that otherwise would have been lost.
